Before leaving Buenos Aires we felt we should do what all tourists seem to do and visit the cemetery at Recoleta.
The main draw is Evita’s grave. She was only 30 years old when she died – the same age as we are.
Our last steak dinner. The waiter looked very impressed that Beth had finished all of her's. What he didn’t know was that Jeremy had eaten half of Beth's as well as his own.
Sadly the trip had come to an end. We packed our bikes into boxes obtained from a local bike shop for the flight. At the airport we realised that there was another way when we watched in amusement as airline staff wrapping a young boys bike in meters of cling film!
Back in dreary London, safe and sound - nothing much here has changed in our time away!  But I expect our experience has probably changed us a little in ways we probably don't realise... until the next journey.
